The site at apex-he.com is for information about windows, siding, and door replacement in the Texas Panhandle. Content is provided as-is. Requesting an inspection or estimate does not create a contract until we agree on the work in writing.
Appointment text program
If you opt in, Apex Home Enhancements will send transactional SMS messages to the mobile number you provide for appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates only. This is customer care, not marketing. We do not send promotional or advertising texts through this program.
Message frequency is typically a few messages per booked appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is for Apex Home Enhancements only. It is not transferred to any other brand.
How to opt in
You opt in on https://apex-he.com/sms by entering your mobile number and checking the box that you agree to receive appointment confirmation and reminder texts from Apex Home Enhancements. The box is not pre-checked. Providing a phone number alone is not consent.
How to opt out and get help
Reply STOP to any Apex appointment text to opt out. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call (806) 391-2739. You may also opt out by calling that number.
Eligibility
You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you submit, and 18 years of age or older.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Texas law, Apex Home Enhancements is not liable for carrier outages, handset issues, or delayed texts. These terms do not limit rights you have that cannot be waived.
